My name is Brenda and I started my blog when I decided to take a 12 week challenge where I ate nothing but plant foods. It was a way of documenting any changes that I experienced as well as sharing recipes that I discovered along the way.
After 3 years of highs and low on a purely plant based diet, where I tried it all, including low fat raw vegan, high fat raw vegan, fruitarian, juice fasts, smoothie fasts, high carb, low carb, gluten free, grain free, you name it, I’ve probably done it, I finally decided in June 2015, that it was time to stop labelling myself and just be.
For this reason, you will find that this blog contains lots of the above recipes, but mainly, the recipes here focus on consuming wholefoods, because for me, that’s where it’s at.
